Jimmy Choo: eau de parfum

A few weeks ago, I received a sample of Jimmy Choo's first perfume 'Jimmy Choo by Jimmy Choo'. As soon as I smelled it, I fell in love with it. When you spray it on, the first thing you smell is citrus, like orange and lemon and then, a little bit of pear. After a while it gives out its middle and base notes: patchouli, some orchid and the surprise and biggest plus of this perfume: sweet caramel toffee. It doesn't smell too sweet though, there's just enough sweetness in it. In reviews over the Internet, it's compared with Mademoiselle by Chanel and Flowerbomb by Viktor & Rolf.

The perfume is sweet and strong at the same time. It stays for a very long time, I could smell it for an entire day, which is not so with some of my other perfumes. It is a rather expensive perfume, but the price is still acceptable. The simple and yet fancy design of the bottle is inspired by Murano glass.

You can find Jimmy Choo by Jimmy Choo in 40 ml, 60 ml and 100 ml bottles, plus a shower gel and a body lotion. In Europe it's available at Sephora and Douglas, but I've also seen it at Ici Paris XL. In the United States, you can also go to Saks.
